Providing an impressive 1,418 mm of reach, FANUC’s CRX-20iA/L Food-Grade Cobot uses iRVision to demonstrate a realistic bakery application featuring the controlled loading and unloading of cookie trays on and off a waterfall-style conveyer, using two food-grade cobots.

Making its PACK EXPO debut, FANUC’s CRX-30iA Food-Grade Cobot—with a 30 kg payload and 1,756 mm of reach—uses PalletTool 3 software to seamlessly palletize and depalletize two pallets from a single infeed.

In this demonstration, attendees are able to use drag-and-drop programming on the Tablet TP and 3-button wrist to easily kit meat and cheese gift boxes with the FANUC CRX-10iA cobot.

The DR-3iB/6 STAINLESS is FANUC’s first stainless steel food-grade Delta robot for picking and packing primary food products, setting new benchmarks for payload, speed, reach and sanitation in robotic food handling. Using iRVision and iRPickTool line tracking software, this Delta robot demonstration picks and places randomly oriented fish fillets alongside an SR-12iA/C, showcasing high speeds and product re-orientation.

The popular LR Mate 200iD series of tabletop industrial robots offers a “best in class” work envelope for both upright and invert mount installations. In this cheeseburger assembly demonstration, the LR Mate 200/iD/7LC and SR-6iA/C – both cleanroom robots – will pick and place, buns, burgers and toppings before removing and reversing order so that the cycle can repeat.
