FANUC America System Training

The Training Department will support formal systems training. This training can only be conducted at the customer site (see On-Site Training Requirements). Training may follow already developed courses (see Course Descriptions), or may be further tailored or customized to meet specific customer needs.

All systems specific training will incur a minimum development fee, which will be used to create a site specific systems manual. No systems training as described in our course descriptions will take place without formal development. Manual development will take an average of 7 weeks, more if non-English Language or if it is to be delivered on alternative media. This time has to be factored in by the customer and the project manager in the overall project execution 
and support plan.
