Mandatory Safety Dress Code
In order to keep our
students and faculty safe, appropriate dress is
required.
Please, no shorts, leggings, tank tops, or open toe shoes permitted.
**Safety shoes are required for attendees in all mechanical
classes**
NOTE: Please inform all employees of
the
dress code, as they will not be permitted to attend
class if
not compliant.
Filming
FANUC America
does
not permit trainees to film, record, videotape or photograph any and
all
training sessions held at all FANUC America facilities
Smoking
Rochester Hills
facility will prohibit indoor smoking in order to comply with the
Dr.
Ron Davis Smoke-Free Air Law, which prohibits smoking in most public
places in Michigan, including any workplace. The FANUC America
Rochester
Hills facility is included as a workplace under this law. Smoking of
cigarettes will be limited to outdoor, designated areas only. Due to
the
generally more pungent smoke produced by cigar and pipe smoking, the
smoking of these products will not be permitted.
Lunch
Students receive a
complementary lunch for the duration of the class at all FANUC
training
offices.
Records and Transcripts
All records are kept for at least seven years.
Training records may be obtained by sending a letter or e-mail to
our
address, which includes the following information: student name,
address, company, course name and course dates. A $10 processing fee
must accompany request. Make checks payable to FANUC America.
Confidentiality
Records are kept strictly confidential, and will be issued only to
the
learner based on his/her written request. No records will be
released to
a third party or to employers unless accompanied by a written
request
from the student.
Critique sheets may be shared with employers and with auditors to
ensure
course quality and for resolution of any course issues.
